One of the best wildflower hikes around because of the shear varity of wildflower species and numbers and great views of the High Cascades. The flower show is best the weeks around the fourth of July. Because of the wildflowers, views, and ease of getting to the trailhead don't expect solitude. People aside you will not be disappointed. For the first timers I'd recommend the upper trailhead and For folks needing more cardio, the lower trailhead.
